Welcome to the Foundations of Quantitative Reasoning course. This course is designed to provide students with a solid background in both ecology and evolution as well as commonly used quantitative tools. This website will be updated throughout the semester. The Schedule tab lists the topics covered and links to lecture material, assignments, and required readings.
All the materials for this course are open-source on Github. Please drop Easton an email (Easton.White@uvm.edu) if you are interested in using the course materials.
Note on COVID-19: UVM is currently preparing for a combination of in-person and remote instruction in the Fall. Although the situation might change, this course will be offered as a hybrid. We will meet once a week in person (or online synchronously) and the other two days of instruction will be completely online.
